Christie Lee is the best pilates instructor! She explains all movements fully by demonstrating the position. She provides positive feedback to her clients. I absolutely detest pushups, so I would always do the "lady pushups." Now I am doing full regular pushups, and every class that we do them, I really try harder to push myself lower to my mat. I am seeing my body transform, and that keeps me going. I am in my early 50's, so my body is changing in ways that I can't keep up with. Thank you Christie Lee!
